So as not to forget, I am recording this down, as it happened, a few minutes ago.
I just had a dream, very vivid dream, perhaps a continuation of tonight's evening in Coffice - a group of people sitting in a bar or pub, telling stories and jokes over each other, trying to impress, or just have fun, drinking. I do not remember anybody specific, I remember only retelling part of my real memories, and somebody giving me life advice, or something, but suddenly, I realized a strong discomfort, and suddenly it hit me - it's a dream, it's almost morning, my left arm has lost circulation and is in strong pain, my bladder is full and I need to to piss.
The whole scene froze, like a bad movie, people mid-move, some with their gazes fixed on the mouth of the momentary speaker, one guy with a hand in a bowl of fried chips, and a voice said: "WAIT!". The silhouette of one of the girls, incidentally dressed in long white dress, started to boil, like you would boil a milk, losing every semblance of human shape, and then, as if boiling mass if milk clears, it receded into a translucent, whitish face of a woman, ageless, calm, lacking emotions, and there was a terrible stillness, and she slowly faded away, the still of a bar room remaining, motionless, like an end of a movie, with her face fading into nothing, until she was gone for good.
Then I fully woke up, went to piss, and wrote these lines first thing.
Strange, eh? I still remember her face - long straight hair, symetric face, vaguelly pretty, but not attractive, terribly distant and calm. So I may have spent the rest of the night telling bad jokes to a dead chick. Or it was just my brain doing defragmentation and cleanup. One can never know...
